Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery times depend on your location. Please refer to the estimated delivery times based on your country of residence:

In case of address issues, our team will email you within 3 business days. Failure to respond may lead to order cancellation.

To correct shipping information, email us at support@ayzuna.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications after this time frame.

Delayed Delivery: We understand the importance of timely deliveries. However, external factors such as weather conditions or transport disruptions may cause delays. In such cases, we will work with carriers to expedite your delivery. Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a package has been handed over to our carrier, its security is beyond our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@ayzuna.com, and we will assist you. File a claim with the carrier, and we will follow up on your behalf. While we are not liable for lost or stolen packages, we will provide assistance and consider replacements depending on the situation.

If your package is not found, it is recommended to file a police report.
